Many people who seek counselling suffer alone under the burden of emotional turmoil, which can present in many ways: depression, anxiety, anger, vulnerability, confusion, feelings of isolation or suicidal thoughts. Maybe you experience physical symptoms such as panic attacks, headaches, frequent minor illness or various risk-taking activities. Whatever brings you to seek counselling, you will be treated with the utmost respect, understanding and confidentiality.
