Hi, I’m Michele, a qualified BACP registered therapist who has been in practice since 2015.

I am passionate about helping adults and young people enjoy life to its fullest. We are all unique, so the journey to living life to its fullest will be different for each of us.

I believe that relationships are essential to our mental health, not just those with our family, friends and work colleagues but also the relationship that we have with ourselves, that inner voice.

As well as a counselling background, I have 20+ years’ experience of working for large organisations in both the public sector and corporate world.

I have a particular interest in working with individuals who feel traumatised and young clients aged 12 years and over. However, I have a broad range of counselling experience and extend a very warm welcome to clients of all ages, genders, abilities and preferences.

I have worked for counselling organisations based in Windsor, Wokingham and Basingstoke both as an inhouse counsellor and as an outreach Youth Counsellor.  I have counselled young people living with complex disability at Treloars School in Alton and delivered psychoeducation programs into two schools in Basingstoke. I also run a ‘How to use Creativity in counselling’ workshop for Youth Counsellors in training.

As well as running a small private practice, I work as a counsellor for an alternative education provider based in North Hampshire.
